WEEK 3: LISTEN LIKE A LEADER
Learn how to ask stronger questions and recognize the pain, desire, hesitation, readiness, and emotional clues behind someone’s words.
You will practice listening without interrupting, fixing, coaching, or pitching too soon.

People feel understood instead of handled and you gain the information you need to guide the conversation wisely.

Realistic conversation role-play, powerful questions, reflective listening, and responding to what was actually said.
WEEK 4: TELL STORIES THAT CREATE CONNECTION
Learn how to share the right part of your story for the person, setting, and purpose.
You will learn how to give your story structure, make the point clear, and stop overwhelming people with unnecessary details.

Your story strengthens your message and creates connection instead of causing the listener to shut down or lose the point.

A short transformation story with a clear beginning, turning point, lesson, and connection to the listener.
WEEK 5: LEAD SALES CONVERSATIONS NATURALLY
Learn how to move from connection into an invitation without making the conversation feel forced.
You will learn how to explain your offer, follow up, respond to hesitation, and guide people toward a clear next step without pressure.

More conversations move forward instead of ending with uncertainty, awkwardness, or “I’ll think about it.”

WEEK 6: USE YOUR VOICE WHEREVER YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS YOU
Learn how to bring your communication skills into videos, Zoom calls, presentations, live events, social media, and everyday business conversations.
You will learn how to structure your message, use pauses and pacing, and recover when you lose your place.
The outcome:
You stop hiding from visibility and begin using your voice with greater confidence online and in person.
Practice Session:
A three-to-five-minute video-style message, business introduction, mini-training, or presentation.
You will have practical communication skills you can use in the real moments that grow your business.
